Oviparous. Eggs are demersal and adhesive (Ref. 205), and are attached to the substrate via a filamentous, adhesive pad or pedestal (Ref. 94114). Larvae are planktonic, often found in shallow, coastal waters (Ref. 94114).

Die Horing-klipspringer (Antennablennius bifilum) is 'n vis wat voorkom in die westelike Indiese Oseaan, die Persiese Golf, Madagaskar, die Comore-eilande, die Maskareense eilande en aan die ooskus van Afrika vanaf noordelike Mosambiek tot by Port Alfred. In Engels staan die vis bekend as die Horned rockskipper.

Voorkoms

Die vis is lig gekleurd met sewe donker vertikale bane oor die lyf. Die bane strek tot op die dorsale vin. Die lyf is ook vol wit kolletjies en daar is ook drie strepe onder die kop. Daar is twee vleisagtige penne op die kop.

Habitat

Die vis kom voor in getypoele en vlak riwwe tot in water wat 37 m diep is.
