Scorpaenodes littoralis és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels escorpènids.[5]
Descripció
- Fa 11 cm de llargària màxima.[6][7]
Hàbitat
És un peix marí, associat als esculls de corall i de clima temperat que viu entre 2-30 m de fondària.[6]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Austràlia, Hawaii, Indonèsia, Israel, el Japó (incloent-hi les illes Ogasawara), Corea, Nova Zelanda, Oman, Sud-àfrica, Taiwan i el Vietnam.[6][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
Costums
És bentònic.[17]
Observacions
És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
