Pseudoscaphirhynchus kaufmanni (Amu Darya Shovelnose Sturgeon) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family sturgeons. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. They are associated with freshwater habitat. Individuals can grow to 75 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
