El negret llis (Etmopterus pusillus) és una espècie de peix de la família dels dalàtids i de l'ordre dels esqualiforms.

És ovovivípar.[6]
Alimentació
Menja ous de peix, calamars i Myctophidae.[7]
Hàbitat
És un peix marí d'aigües profundes que viu fins als 1070 m de fondària.[4][8]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba al nord del Golf de Mèxic, des del sud del Brasil fins a l'Argentina,[9][10][11] les Guaianes,[12] des de Portugal[13] fins a Namíbia,[14][15][16] des de l'Argentina fins a Sud-àfrica, Austràlia,[17][18][19] Nova Zelanda[20][21] i el Japó.[4][22][23][24][25]
Interès econòmic
Es comercialitza com a farina de peix i en salaó per al consum humà.[26]
