Phocoena dioptrica (Spectacled Porpoise) is a species of mammals in the family porpoises. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, and Pacific Ocean. They are solitary carnivores. Individuals can grow to 224 cm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and lift powered swimming to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
