Histriophoca fasciata (Ribbon Seal) is a species of mammals in the family earless seals. They are native to Pacific Ocean and Arctic Ocean. They are solitary, diurnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 372 months and can grow to 1533.92 mm. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and lift powered swimming to move around.
