They are native to Gulf Of Guinea, saint helena, ascension and tristan da cunha, Mauritanian Exclusive Economic Zone, Natal, Angolan Exclusive Economic Zone, Canary Islands, and Cape Verde. Dead Pseudochama cristella form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 39.6 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
