Lopha cristagalli (Cock's Comb Oyster) is a species of mussels in the family Ostreidae. They are native to Natal. Adult Cock's Comb Oyster form marine reefs. Dead Cock's Comb Oyster form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 20.5 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
