Terebra amanda is a species of snails in the family Terebridae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone and Natal. Dead Terebra amanda form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 32.9 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
