多彩海麒麟科[3]（學名：Chromodorididae），亦作多彩海蛞蝓科或多彩海牛科，是一個色彩繽紛的海蛞蝓支序分類科，其多姿多彩在整個動物界也很少見[4]。舊屬後鰓目，根據布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類 (2005年)，被劃歸裸側類裸鰓類支序（Nudibranchia）的有角鰓類（Euctenidiacea）支序海牛亚目（Doridacea）海牛總科（Doridoidea）[1]。現時本科有超過360個已描述的物種，主要發現於熱帶及亞熱帶的水域，是所在地的珊瑚礁群落的成員，特別是在其獵物海綿的附近。
在各個原屬後鰓類的科，本科是物種最豐盛的一個[5]。它們的尺寸範圍從<1 mm到超過30 cm，儘管大多數物種的尺寸約為2-3 cm[6][2]。
儘管本科物種廣泛分佈於全球，大多數物種都在印度洋-太平洋海域發現。根據Turner (2008)的研究，這個科分佈最廣泛的多個屬（Mexichromis、Chromodoris、 Glossodoris及高澤海麒麟屬 Hypselodoris）被發現為並系群或多系群[7]。
