The snowy-throated babbler (Stachyris oglei) is a species of bird in the family Timaliidae. It is found in mountains of far Northeast India, i.e. northeast Assam and southeast Arunachal Pradesh.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland. It is threatened by habitat loss.

El timalí gorjiblanco (Stachyris oglei)^[2] es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Timaliidae endémica del Himalaya oriental.

Distribución y hábitat

Se encuentra únicamente en el extremo oriental del Himalaya, en el noreste de la India, noreste de Assam y sureste de Arunachal Pradesh. Su hábitat natural son los bosques húmedos de montaña. Está amenazado por la pérdida de hábitat.
