Ficedula hypoleuca (European Pied Flycatcher) is a species of birds in the family Old World flycatchers. They are native to Ethiopia and the Palearctic. They are diurnal carnivores. They have parental care (female provides care, paternal care, and occasionally breeds cooperatively). They rely on flight to move around.
