Sitta carolinensis (White Breasted Nuthatch) is a species of birds in the family Sittidae. They are native to The Nearctic. They visit flowers of Black Birch, Japanese Tree Lilac, sugar maple, and American elm. They are solitary, diurnal omnivores. They have parental care (pair provides care, paternal care, and female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
