Micromussa amakusensis is a species of cnidarians in the family Lobophylliidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Micromussa amakusensis form shallow marine sediments. Micromussa amakusensis form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
