Pourtalocyathus hispidus (Pourtalès 1878)

Pourtalocyathus hispidus (Rough Guyniid Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Schizocyathidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Rough Guyniid Coral form shallow marine sediments. They are solitary. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
