Gyrosmilia interrupta is a species of cnidarians in the family Euphylliidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Gyrosmilia interrupta form shallow marine sediments. Gyrosmilia interrupta form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
