Siderastrea savignyana (Honeycomb Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Siderastreidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Honeycomb Coral form shallow marine sediments. Honeycomb Coral form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
