Pavona explanulata (Peacock Coral) is a species of Agariciidae in the family Agariciidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Peacock Coral form shallow marine sediments. Peacock Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
