False Flower Coral

Anacropora spinosa Rehberg 1892

Anacropora spinosa (False Flower Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Acroporidae. They are listed as endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead False Flower Coral form shallow marine sediments. False Flower Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
