Oculina valenciennesi Milne Edwards & Haime 1850

Oculina valenciennesi (Ivory Tree Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Starry Globe Madrepore. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Ivory Tree Coral form shallow marine sediments. Ivory Tree Coral form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
