Lespedeza capitata (Roundhead Lespedeza) is a species of shrub in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, North America, and Eastern North America. They have compound, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Cupido comyntas, Tawny-edged Skipper, Two-spotted Bumblebee, and Flat-tailed Leaf-cutter Bee. Individuals can grow to 0.8 m.
