Agave (Agave) is a genus of shrub in the family Asparagaceae. They are native to Middle America, Puerto Rico, Atlantic And Gulf Coastal Plain (Agcp), U.S. Virgin Islands, The Contiguous United States, and The Americas. They have capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 1.5 m.
