Aloe (Aloe) is a genus of herb in the family Asphodelaceae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Brachycerus tauriculus, Anna's Hummingbird, Steganomus junodi, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 1.5 m.
