Symphyotrichum racemosum (Fragile Stem American Aster) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, North America, and The Americas. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Schinia arcigera, Helophilus fasciatus, Northern Paper Wasp, and Common Eastern Bumblebee.
