Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
