Found beneath cover on the floor of high altitude rainforest (approximately 900 – 1,500m asl).Calls from under leaves, bark etc. Exhibits terrestrial egg laying – a group of 14 eggs were observed attended by an adult frog. Other clutches have been as large as 32 eggs.
