Bicyrtes quadrifasciatus is a species of Hymenoptera in the family crabronid wasps. They visit flowers of saw palmetto, Clustered Mountain-Mint, tallow wood, and lateflowering thoroughwort. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 17.5 mm.
