Blastocerus dichotomus (Marsh Deer) is a species of mammals in the family Cervidae. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Neotropics. They are solitary herbivores. Individuals can grow to 1720 mm. Reproduction is viviparous. They rely on running to move around.
