In Panama this species has been collected off Cayos Cabeza (USNM E 45510; Centroid Latitude: 9.4133, Centroid Longitude: -78.2117, depth 51 m) and off the San Blas Islands (USNM E 45509; Centroid Latitude: 9.5100, Centroid Longitude: -78.4300, depth 51 m), Caribbean Sea, by the R. V. Pilsbury.
