Pterynotus elongatus (Club Murex) is a species of snails in the family murex snails. They are native to Java Sea, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, Red Sea, and Natal. Dead Club Murex form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 64.9 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
