Platanthera is a genus of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Greenland, Canada, The Contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. Flowers are visited by Papilio rutulus, owlet moths, Zerene eurydice, and sphinx moths.
