Centaurea stoebe (Spotted Knapweed) is a species of biennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Brown-belted Bumblebee, Halictus confusus, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Hesperia comma colorado. Individuals can grow to 0.66 m.
