Description

Dwarf annual parasitic herb, up to 7.5 cm tall when flowering. Stems absent or up to 2 cm long, fleshy and scaly. Leaves reduced to scales, 3-6 mm in diameter, broadly ovate to subcircular, with short sticky hairs. Flowers in the axils of scale-like bracts. Corolla c. 3 cm long and 2.5-3 cm in diameter, pink with a white or cream-coloured throat, glandular hairy on the outside.
