Clathrina aurea is a species of sponges in the family Clathrinidae. They are native to Eastern Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean, Caribbean Sea, Brazil, Eastern Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean, Humboldtian, Brazil, Eastern Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean, and Eastern Caribbean. They are omnivores. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.
