Pardaleodes nevea H. H. Druce, 1910b: 376; pi. 35, fig. 7 (Upper Kasai Dist., Congo).
This species, unrecorded from Liberia and unrepresented in Carnegie Museum, has been taken in Guinea, Cameroon and the Congo (Evans, 1937: 128). It is apparently quite rare but the pattern of its distribution suggests it may be found in our area.

Paronymus nevea, the scarce largest dart, is a butterfly in the family Hesperiidae. The species was first described by Hamilton Herbert Druce in 1910. It is found in Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and north-western Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of primary forests.
