Geranium biuncinatum is a pubescent annual plant with erect or ascending stems. Leaves  long-petiolate with orbicular, palmatipartite, blades, that are usually 5-lobed into obovate pubescent lobes. Flowers are mauve with a dark centre and arranged in 1-3-flowered, glandular-pilose inflorescence. Mericarps are glabrous with 2 conspicuous recurved beaks.
