Navicula rhynchocephala is a species of diatoms in the family Naviculaceae. They are native to Paraná, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, and GoiáS. Dead Navicula rhynchocephala form siliceous oozes.
