Abutilon (Indian Mallow) is a genus of shrub in the family mallows. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii. They have loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Clytolaema, hummingbirds, Short-tailed Emerald, and Brazilian Ruby. Individuals can grow to 5.1 m.
