Sylvilagus brasiliensis (Forest Rabbit) is a species of mammals in the family Leporidae. They are listed as endangered by IUCN. They are native to The Neotropics. They are solitary, crepuscular herbivores. Individuals can grow to 363.29 mm. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on saltation, swimming, and running to move around.
