Neomys fodiens (Eurasian Water Shrew) is a species of mammals in the family shrews. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to the Palearctic. They are solitary omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 36 months and can grow to 81.94 mm. Reproduction is viviparous.
