Aechmea recurvata is a species of perennial herb in the family bromeliads. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pampa, Mata Atlântica, Paraná, The Neotropics, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande Do Sul. They have simple, broad leaves.
