Eleocharis acicularis (Needle Spike Rush) is a species of annual herb in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Eastern North America, Greenland, The Contiguous United States, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Western North America. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Individuals can grow to 0.7 feet.
