Potamogeton perfoliatus L.

Potamogeton perfoliatus (Perfoliate Pondweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Potamogetonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Eastern North America, France, Canada, United Kingdom, The Contiguous United States, Greenland, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Bulgaria, Greece, Sweden, North America, Iceland, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Faroe Islands, and Finland. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 2.5 m.
