Elymus elymoides (Squirreltail) is a species of perennial grass in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Western North America, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.5 feet.
