Cypripedium candidum (Small White Lady's Slipper) is a species of perennial herb in the family orchids. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN, as threatened by COSEWIC, and in cites appendix ii. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. Flowers are visited by Augochlorella aurata, Cresson's Dialictus, Golden-Alexanders Andrena, and Lasioglossum pilosum.
