Elodea nuttallii (Western Waterweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Hydrocharitaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.32 m.
