Clintonia borealis (Bluebead) is a species of perennial herb in the family Liliaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Cresson's Dialictus, Sphaerophoria, Tricolored Bumble Bee, and Bumble Bees. Individuals can grow to 0.34 m.
