Picea sitchensis (Sitka Spruce) is a species of tree in the family pines. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Alaska, Canada, northern hemisphere, North America, The Contiguous United States, Western North America, and United States. They have simple, spine-shaped leaves, yellow flowers, and cones. Individuals can grow to 200 feet.
