hyaline, 7X4^: stipe fleshy, tapering upward, smooth, glabrous, concolorous, 5 cm. long, 5 mm. thick. Type locawTy: Mill City, Oregon. Habitat: On the ground in mixed woods. Distribution: Oregon.
