Elachista nielswolffi is a moth of the family Elachistidae. It is found in Fennoscandia and northern Russia. The wingspan is 7–9 millimetres (0.28–0.35 in).[2]
The larvae feed on Deschampsia flexuosa and possibly on Nardus stricta. They mine the leaves of their host plant.[3] They are pale dull dirty white.

Elachista nielswolffi is een vlinder uit de familie grasmineermotten (Elachistidae). De wetenschappelijke naam is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1976 door Svensson.
De soort komt voor in Europa.
